Lists Reference Sequences linked to other full genomes (neighbors - nbrs). You can sort the reference sequences based on virus host and taxonomy. You can also find the links to the proteins for each reference sequence. Note: NCBI only supports papillomavirus genomes down to the species level.
PASC for Papillomaviridae PASC (PAirwise Sequence Comparison) is a tool for analysis of pairwise identity distribution within viral families. The identities are pre-computed for every pair within the families and distribution plotted in the form of histogram where each bar corresponds to an interval of identities.
This is a collection of reference sequence proteins and provides easy access to annotation information, publications, domains, structures, and external links and analysis tools including multiple alignments, phylogenetic trees, and genomic neighborhoods.
